Accessing quality education reflects the fact that every child no matter the gender should be treated with dignity and respect. When a child lacks access to quality education because of gender, this results in poverty, violence, abuse, exploitation, and other undesirable results. Lack of educational awareness and its related Africa challenges contribute to high dropout rates among a girl child. Therefore, one of the goals of AOF is to create opportunities for not just a boy child, but also to a girl child who is in that vulnerable position. Women educational empowerment is an important tool for poverty eradication in Africa. Promoting gender equality economic participation accelerates development and reduces inequality.
