CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS WITH ORPHANS AT CHOSEN CHILD ORPHANAGE
In an effort to extend love and benevolence to vulnerable children and those from lesser privileged backgrounds, on Wednesday, 25th December, 2025, Adesuwa Osagie foundation visited Chosen Child Orphanage and Care Center, it is an orphanage registered with Lagos State and located in Gaskiya Estate, Ijora Badia, Lagos State.
The purpose of the visit was to carry out humanitarian gesture of donating several food items which are most of the basic necessities of day-to-day living for children.
At about 3:45pm, Madam Louisia Ayuba who is the manager of the orphanage received with joy, the team from Adesuwa Osagie Foundation, children in the orphanage were well seated to receive the Adesuwa Osagie Foundation's team, the children showed so much joy and excitement at the sight of our team as they rendered different songs of welcome to greet our team.
We presented various food items to Madam Ayuba who received the items on behalf of the children.
Donated Food Items
The food items donated were:
2 Bags of Rice
1 Bag of Beans
2 Cartons of Spaghetti
2 Gallons of Palm Oil
2 Gallons of King’s Vegetable Oil
4 Cartons of Indomie Noodles
2 Cartons of Gino Tomatoes Paste
3 Packets of Milo Chocolate Beverage
3 Packets of Peak Full Cream Powdered Milk
4 Packets of Knorr Chicken Seasoning Cubes
While expressing appreciation for all food items received, Madam Ayuba emphasized that the food items donated will serve the children well as they are significant to the daily living of the orphans.
